Automated cash sorting for accurate processing and compliance

The S-Series Sorters are designed to process, validate and sort banknotes and coins quickly and accurately. Using advanced sensors, image capture and multi detection technology, they sort denomination, currency and orientation, while automatically rejecting counterfeit, damaged or unfit notes or coins.

Cash is sorted and batched as it is processed, reducing manual handling and improving accuracy across cash operations.

High-speed consistent sorting

            The S-Series sorts banknotes and coins at high speeds, supporting medium to large cash volumes. Banknotes can be processed at up to 1,200 notes per minute, with coins sorted at up to 950 coins per minute. Cash is validated during processing to identify different currencies, detect counterfeits and assess fitness for recirculation or rejection.

Multi-pocket configurations allow sorting by denomination, fitness and orientation in a single pass, reducing handling and improving throughput.

Accurate validation and control

Advanced sensors and detection technology validate notes and coins during processing, identifying counterfeit, damaged or foreign items. Selected models support serial number recognition and image capture, providing additional verification and supporting audit trails.

Transaction logs and audit trails support compliance requirements for cash-in-transit (CIT), cash centres and central banks, enabling secure handling and faster collection and delivery.

Pre-set configurations automate batching, dispensing and denomination sorting, while accurate totals and reporting provide clear records for reconciliation and day-to-day cash management.

Flexible, high-volume operation
